Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee delivery of complex federal contracts. You will serve as the primary link between Obsidian, our government customers, and our delivery teams, ensuring programs meet scope, schedule, and budget commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of one or more federal programs, from kickoff to closeout
• Maintain cost, schedule, and performance baselines and report status to leadership and the client
• Serve as the main point of contact for Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer’s Representatives
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage subcontractor relationships
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, FAR/DFARS requirements, and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of program or project management experience, including federal contracting
• Strong understanding of FAR and government contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF)
• PMP certification preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance
